'Exploring the importance of kitchen knives in our daily cooking habits.'
For PHASE ONE, I selected a group of 25 research participants to cover a wide spectrum of users and life-situations from young to old, students and professionals, occasional and daily cooks and more. The questions for this stage were designed to help explore and define the importance of kitchen knife as a tool in the daily use of a variety of users.
